Happiness & Life. Can we just move the heck on?

Ask yourself these two questions: am I happy? does anybody ever ask me if I’m happy?

What is it with happiness that most of us struggle to find it? If you’re reading this my guess is you’re still trying to find happiness or maybe you don’t feel too happy today and that’s ok. People talk about happiness as if it was “something” that needs to be found. They say happiness is a career, a brand new car, a house, more money, pre-ordering the iPhone X and so forth; if that was true, why aren’t we happy then? 

We’re living in a highly materialistic and superficial society. How many times have you been asked the following questions:

Let me guess… everybody loves to have a good downtown experience, you know the coffee shops, the little cozy stores, buildings, night lights, and depending on where you are in the world you might even experience live music (I do all the time in Nashville which I will cover in another post.)

This time I visited Downtown Galway. On this particular day my camera was busted (long story) so I had to use my iPhone camera to capture some of the most lovely spots in downtown. I didn’t edit any of these pictures, however I wanted to share with you all a little bit of this beautiful place.

Let me guess… we all love traveling, don’t we? whether you are a rootless wanderer like me, or you just love the idea of going on vacation somewhere else, traveling is one of the most exciting things you can do in life. I personally have been bitten by the travel bug and now I can’t stop myself from being on the road nonstop. Guess what? I LOVE IT. The idea of being somewhere new all the time is fascinating, it has changed the way I see the world and I’m a better person today thanks to those little moments. 

Traveling doesn’t have to be expensive whatsoever, in fact there are many ways you can travel on a reasonable budget and have a once in a lifetime experience everywhere you go, it will all depend on what type of traveler you are and we will cover this on another post.
